Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
  • Payment is due at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Custom Printing & Framing Services

  • All printing, framing, and digitization services are custom-made to your specifications.
  • Because of the personalized nature of these products, all sales are final.
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to provide a replacement or resolution.

Retail Products & Gifts

  • Unless otherwise noted, all gift shop items (such as decor, small artworks, or retail goods) are final sale.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time.
  • If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, and content on this site are the property of JPH Lab and/or the original artists.
  • You may not reproduce, resell, or use our materials without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for excellence, but mistakes can happen. In no case shall JPH Lab, its owners, or staff be liable for damages exceeding the total amount you paid for your order.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits or emotional distress if your wall stays blank a little longer).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
